Insurance Customer Service Representative

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Staff Assistant. As an Agent Team Member, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals.
- People-oriented and organized with strong self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
