  • Advise on plan rules and regulations, eligibility requirements, and assist with finding physicians, providers, and pharmacies in the prospect's area.
  • Assist customers in navigating the health plan website.
Requirements:
  • Internet requirements: Cable modem, high-speed only (no DSL or wireless cellular service or satellite service).
  • Training hours: 9am-5:30 CST, Monday-Friday.
  • Schedule: 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday, and 9am-1pm, CSR Saturday.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Health Insurance Policies (1 year of experience required).
  • Insurance (1 year of experience required).
  • Health Insurance License (1 year of experience required).
  • 1 year of experience and an experienced level.
