Job Title: HVAC Superintendent

As a key member of our team, the HVAC Superintendent will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of commercial HVAC projects. This position requires a strong background in HVAC installation and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project schedules and reporting systems to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Lead and manage on-site tradesmen, promoting a safe work environment and enforcing safe work practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and general contractors to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Supervise the installation of commercial HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and project management.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with a focus on HVAC systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in commercial building construction, including plumbing, HVAC, and electric systems.
