Key Responsibilities:
- Food Service: Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals, adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure residents receive the highest quality of service.
- Dining Area Setup: Set up the dining area and trays for meal services, adhering to food safety guidelines and following dietary restrictions based on residents' needs.
- Sanitation and Maintenance: Accurately record temperatures on refrigerators, clean and stock as needed, and wash and store dishes to maintain overall sanitation and maintenance of the kitchen.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable of Federal, State, and Community's rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for this role.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are necessary to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
- Team Player: A team player with excellent communication skills is required to work effectively with our culinary team.
Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 7:30pm
