Job Title: Office Manager

The Growing Place is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for families, faculty, and staff, this role is critical to the smooth operation of our school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Campus Director and other members of the administrative team
  • Manage the daily operations of the office, including reception, mail, and package delivery
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, enrollment, and personnel files
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep families, faculty, and staff informed
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to manage the school's budget and finances
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and agencies to support the school's mission and goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a licensed childcare program or school
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
