We are in search of a seasoned Project Task Manager IV to provide pivotal support for our contingent programs. This role requires a strategic mindset and a commitment to innovation.

Role Seniority: Expert, Level IV

Security Clearance: Secret

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 15+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily operations for a team of subordinates.
  • Offer expert functional guidance to team members and liaise with Government management to address challenges.
  • Set work priorities for subordinates in alignment with Government objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between Government clients and contractors.
  • Perform various project management support functions.
  • Distribute and manage workload according to established workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide on-the-job training for new hires following established protocols.
  • Lead the team in evaluating its strengths and weaknesses, fostering an environment for improvement.
  • Clearly communicate assignments, problems to be addressed, actionable events, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Assign tasks based on personnel capabilities and priorities, offering guidance as needed.
