Job Title: Occupational Health Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Clinic Manager to join our team at Medcor. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our worksite clinic, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations
  • Provide superior customer service to Medcor's clients and employees
  • Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor's Evidence Based Medicine protocols
  • Build and maintain internal team relationships
  • Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
  • Collaborate with client Safety and Environmental professionals, as well as local healthcare professionals
  • Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools
  • Pre-employment and post-offer screenings
  • Case management
  • General administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying and current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong computer and other technology skills, as well as familiarity with EMR software
  • Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Passion for people and providing exceptional care
