At Community Health Network, we are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Community Worksite Care Clinics team.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide outpatient primary care and occupational medicine to Community Health Network employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong, team-oriented approach and a history of stable employment or training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient primary care and occupational medicine to Community Health Network employees
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical practices and technologies

Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, IM/Peds, or Emergency Medicine
  • Occupational Medicine experience preferred
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
  • Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification required
