  • Facilitate subcontractor meetings to review safety measures and project advancements.
  • Collaborate with team members to guarantee timely and efficient completion of their tasks.
  • Confirm that all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and local building regulations, with a strong emphasis on Quality Control.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily logs, safety assessments, and site progress imagery.
  • Identify, report, and manage work deficiencies to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Anticipate potential issues before they arise.
  • Supervise the security measures at the job site.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • At least 5 years of technical expertise in one or more Low Voltage systems such as Nurse Call, Access Control, Fire Alarm, HVAC Controls, Intercom, Mass Notification, Public Address, Networking, or Audio Visual.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with team members.
  • Proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with project management capabilities to guide and develop team members.
  • An Associate's Degree in a field related to commercial construction.
  • Possession of an OSHA 30 certification.
