We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Services Coordinators. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your responsibilities will include managing guest profiles, processing payments, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting guests and addressing their needs.
  2. Maintain professional phone etiquette, answering calls promptly and courteously.
  3. Keep the reception area organized and well-maintained, ensuring clear communication through daily notes.
  4. Inform guests about available services and amenities to enhance their experience.
  5. Accurately manage guest records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and meets their requirements.
  6. Take initiative to maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and service areas.
  7. Follow established opening and closing procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and cleaning procedures to create a secure environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • The physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
