Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic Apartment Community team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, bilingual fluency, and a proven track record in leasing or property management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to prospective and current residents, showcasing apartment homes, community amenities, and neighborhood highlights, handling leasing processes, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and team members.

We offer competitive pay ($45,000 - $60,000 per year), professional growth opportunities, and the chance to work in a supportive and diverse environment.

The salary range is based on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to prospective and current residents, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Showcase apartment homes, community amenities, and neighborhood highlights to prospective residents.
  • Handle leasing processes, including applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident follow-ups.
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
