About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Field Development Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and developing our field agent force through cold market recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conducting interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualifying or rejecting candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serving as a contact person for questions from recruits
  • Meeting weekly standards related to calls and emails
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (High School degree required)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet standards set forth
Compensation

The salary for this position is approximately $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn commission and incentives.
