Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, creating offers and cost calculations, conducting contract negotiations, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate projects in the field of garden and landscape construction, metal construction, and earth and civil engineering.
  • Create offers and cost calculations in close cooperation with management.
  • Conduct contract negotiations and prepare additional offers.
  • Monitor deadlines and budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Independent site supervision with responsibility for quality, quantity, deadlines, and costs.
  • Disposition of materials, machinery, and vehicles.
  • Measurement and billing of construction services.
  • Documentation and reporting.
  • Point of contact for customers and suppliers.
  • Collaboration with site managers.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of garden and landscape construction, civil engineering, or alternatively completed further training as a technician or master.
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of construction contract law (VOB + BGB).
  • Structured and goal-oriented work style.
  • High flexibility and ability to work independently.
  • Good teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in digital tools.
