Job Summary:
All Metro Health Care, a leading provider of home health care services, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers and provide clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases.
- Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
- Conduct initial nursing assessments and counsel patients/caregivers on meeting nursing and related needs.
- Assign and coordinate services provided, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Assist physicians in developing a plan of treatment/care and make necessary revisions based on patient's condition/needs.
- Prepare clinical progress notes, ensuring any changes in the patient's condition are reported.
- Monitor clinical records for complete and accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- CPR certification.
- 1 year of home care experience preferred.
- 1 year of RN experience in a skilled care setting.
- Valid NYS Driver's License, insurance, registration, and reliable car.

- A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
