Join All Metro Health Care, a leading provider of home health care services, as a Clinical Supervisor RN. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers
  • Provide clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases
  • Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff
  • Perform initial nursing assessments
  • Counsel patient/caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs
  • Assign and coordinate services provided
  • Assist physician in developing a plan of treatment/care and make necessary revisions based upon patients condition/needs
  • Prepare clinical progress notes ensuring any changes in the patients condition is reported
  • Monitor clinical records for complete and accurate documentation
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • CPR Certified
  • 1 year of Home Care experience preferred
  • 1 year of RN experience in a skilled care setting
  • Valid NYS Drivers License, insurance, registration, and reliable car
