Financial Management:

  • Create cost-efficient strategies
  • Monitor the construction timeline

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Establish both long-term and short-term objectives for project delivery
  • Examine contract specifications

Leadership and Oversight:

  • Uphold company policies and procedures
  • Assign tasks appropriately

Quality Assurance:

  • Define performance standards for team members
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality

Safety Management:

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and secure job site

Additional Duties:

  • Support Superintendents with inquiries related to FCL
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Superintendent capacity
  • OSHA 30 Hour and CPR-First Aid certifications required
  • Valid Driver's license necessary

Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of industrial construction practices and project management principles.
