Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the entire project team, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, construction administration, and project closeout.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and manage expectations.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Continually seek ways to improve project performance and streamline processes.
