Job Summary

The Current South Shore is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Evening Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will provide exceptional service to our residents, their families, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming first impression to all who enter the community
  • Offer community information and support sales and marketing efforts
  • Respond to incoming calls and provide clerical support to all departments
  • Maintain and update log of emergency phone numbers and resident emergency face sheets
  • Monitor security alarms and resident emergency call system
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist the Business Operations Director in administrative tasks
  • Participate in and attend all in-service training
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to a variety of people and personalities
  • Experience working with the senior population
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
