Job Title: Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, guests, and staff, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Job Summary:

The Concierge will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, providing information, and performing various tasks to support the community. This is a full-time position available for a Day Shift Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling new hires and completing paperwork
  • Support the Business Office Manager as needed
  • Receive and route mail
  • Typing correspondence as requested
  • Respond to resident requests for assistance
  • Greet families and visitors, introducing them to the appropriate department head
  • Answer questions from prospects regarding the community
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families
  • Ensure residents sign out when leaving the community
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Practice good body mechanics and safe working habits
  • Report safety hazards to supervisor
  • Know each resident and family member by name
  • Follow established policies and procedures in emergency situations
  • Work as a team player with other associates and management
  • Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude
  • Comply with attendance and call-off policy
  • Attend and participate in trainings and meetings
  • Wear clean and appropriate dress
  • Refrain from discussing resident care issues with families and visitors
  • Follow HIPAA regulations
  • Assist with training new employees
  • Take initiative in work and offer solutions
  • Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Serve and assist residents in the dining room
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Less than one year related experience or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers and employees
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
