We are currently in search of a Facilities Maintenance Lead for our exceptional property, Pointe Luxe Apartments, located in San Diego, CA.

As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying and executing or assigning minor and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Supervising and evaluating the work completed by maintenance personnel.
  • Administering a system for managing resident service requests.
  • Assisting the property manager in organizing and directing the maintenance team and scheduling maintenance staff.
  • Conducting regular safety meetings.
  • Keeping precise records regarding preventive maintenance requests and associated costs.
  • Coordinating or executing equipment maintenance and additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Lead is preferred.
  • Experience in maintenance for properties with at least 150 units is essential.
  • Proficiency in various trades is required.
  • A collaborative team player with an excellent customer service mindset is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly wage ranging from $30 to $35, depending on experience.
