Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team at RICK Engineering Company. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall maintenance of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and building fixtures to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee building projects and renovations, including planning and organizing installations and refurbishments.
  • Review service contracts and coordinate with contractors for daily work and ongoing scheduled building maintenance.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies necessary for day-to-day building operations and order as needed.
  • Handle replacement and repairs of various plumbing, electrical, and hardware fixtures.
  • Design and build fixtures and furniture for all departments with prior approval of supervisor.
  • Clean, mop, and sweep as requested, and move equipment and furniture as needed.
  • Assist in building security and ensure the overall safety and security of our facilities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree required.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and use common hand and power tools.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with an eye for detail and ability to maintain focus while working independently.
  • Good driving record and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and computer literacy.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance or similar field required.
