**Program Manager C5ISR Systems**

**Job Summary**

ATSC IES INC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our C5ISR Systems program. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively monitoring, executing, and instilling programmatic controls for the program.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the development and integration of C5ISR Systems and Aerial Delivery Systems.
  • Work with engineering teams, Business Development, Production, Supply Chain, Government Agencies, Customers, and suppliers.
  • Experience in military and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) engineering development programs.
  • Full life cycle experience: Front end Business Development and sales pipeline through the development life cycle and into production and sustainment activities.
  • Skilled at balancing cost and schedule performance.
  • Experience with program reporting to upper management.
  • Experience building effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System.
  • Experience with program Risks and Opportunities.
  • Experience as a primary focal into major customers and suppliers.
  • Experienced with writing/negotiating Statements of Work.
  • Manages to schedules and metrics.
  • Knowledge of working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

**Required Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience formally managing programs as a Professional Engineer or Program Manager.
  • 5+ years working as an engineer.
  • Experience with Requirement Management tools.
  • Experience with subcontract supplier management.
  • Experience as an Engineer or Technical Engineering Manager performing new product development would be a plus.
  • Ability to create, implement, and/or modify programmatic processes.
  • Experience of tactical radios, EO/IR systems, Radar systems, networking, and/or computing platforms/servers.
  • Experience with customer and government audits.
  • Experience with ISO audits.
  • Experience with Contracts, Terms and Conditions, etc.
  • Certified Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP/PgMP.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with or with the ability to obtain a government security clearance.

**Physical Demands & Work Environment**

  • Work is typically performed in an office setting.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, bend, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear, and see.
  • Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
