We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare IT Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare systems.

The estimated salary for this position is $74,308 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, and more.

About the Role:

  • Provide day-to-day support for all healthcare systems.
  • Ensure users have the correct access to the systems they support.
  • Responsible for providing analytical support for existing in-house and vendor-supplied support systems.
  • Coordinates efforts with other IS staff to support IS initiatives.
  • Establishes and maintains effective, consistent reporting to IS and Executive management as needed.
  • Provides recommendations for IS initiatives that support the user community.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with system development methodology; with the ability to tie these into the use of department standards and policies and procedures.
  • Will be required to communicate technical issues throughout all levels within the organization and within the department.
  • Will be required to be knowledgeable on HIPAA privacy and security regulations and able to assist in implementation and enforcement of these regulations and be able to incorporate them into the development of new and existing projects.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.
