Job Objective:

To professionally sell and serve food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation at Loveless Cafe.
  • Serve 3-4 tables as assigned by management.
  • Utilize Upserve for order processing.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Process various payment types and provide accurate change.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age.
  • Politely refuse service to underage guests.
  • Monitor guest behavior and offer assistance if necessary.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations consistently.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, ensuring personal hygiene is maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
