We are seeking a compassionate and goal-oriented Inpatient Treatment Counselor to join our team at Rainier Springs, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health. Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use disorders.

Position Details- Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, including group, individual, and family therapies.
- Evaluate and document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Communicate proactively with clients, families, and outside referral sources within HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines.
- Collaborate actively with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, utilization review, and nursing staff members.
- Create thorough discharge plans that meet the client's after-care needs.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$76,800, based on a 30-hour workweek at $29-$38 per hour.
