System Application Manager

At Uline, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As our System Application Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our technology tools are running smoothly and efficiently. Your team will rely on you to direct large-scale IT projects and implementations, serving as a resource for Customer Service leadership when escalation is needed on IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of System Application Testers, ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes are in place.
  • Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Uline's system and processes to identify and propose informed programming enhancement recommendations.
  • Direct large-scale IT projects and implementations, serving as a resource for Customer Service leadership when escalation is needed on IT issues.
  • Serve as a liaison for Customer Service, building and maintaining relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of management experience in operations or customer experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating a team.
  • Experience with project management, IT testing methodology, and systems implementations.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
