Key Responsibilities:- Execute laboratory tests in line with established protocols and document results accurately.
- Evaluate specimen validity and manage situations where samples are unsuitable.
- Inform clients about necessary specimen recollection procedures when needed.
- Address and resolve any issues with laboratory equipment effectively.
- Confirm test results and ensure correct alignment with patient specimens.
- Label and organize test samples for easy access and accurate documentation.
- Degree in Medical Technology (MLT/MT) or a related field from an accredited institution (Associate's or Bachelor's).
- ASCP certification or eligibility for certification.
- Expertise in lab procedures, equipment management, and quality control methods.
- Preferably has experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and relevant computer technologies.
- Attractive salary with a significant sign-on bonus up to $20,000.
