About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at OWL Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring clients, maintaining and improving current client relationships within the petroleum industry, and selling the services provided by OWL. You will also be tasked with managing projects associated with retail fueling clients, identifying deficiencies, quoting repairs, and overseeing the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Being organized, resourceful, trustworthy, and having attention to detail.
  • Interpreting and diagnosing regulatory or mechanical issues associated with retail fuel systems.
  • Estimating and quoting Heavy-Maintenance/Light Construction projects.
  • Keeping a strict budget of project expenses and staying within budget.
  • Coordinating and scheduling projects with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors.
  • Developing relationships with contractors and vendors and ensuring competitive pricing.
  • Keeping detailed files on work performed for customers, including testing, calibrations, inspections, service calls, and individual needs.
  • Strengthening relationships with current clients and actively seeking new clients.
  • Maintaining a conducive relationship with regulatory agencies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of DEQ regulations and procedures.
  • Knowledge of NFPA 30, PEI 100, and API requirements and regulations.
  • Proficient with computers and willing/able to learn software systems.
  • 40 Hour OSHA Training (not required but preferred).
  • STI inspector (not required but preferred).
  • Valid driver's license required as a continuing condition of employment.
  • Clean driving record (if company vehicle is assigned).
