Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule development.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
  • Prepare and distribute regular schedule reports and progress updates to the project team and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
  • Assist in the development of project budgets and resource plans.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and provide recommendations for schedule improvements.
  • Develop schedules for bidding purposes including design build projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling for horizontal construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
