The Project Manager I/II is responsible for managing all phases of project planning and execution to ensure project success factors are met. This includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, environmental, safety, communications, security, and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and lead project teams to achieve project objectives
  • Establish and maintain effective communication among project stakeholders
  • Plan and execute projects according to approved scope, cost, and schedule constraints
  • Champion project planning, including scope and work definition, estimating, schedule formation, monitoring, cost control measures, procurement/contracting strategies, equipment selection, vendor selection, start-up and commissioning plans, turnover to operations, warranty management, and integration processes
  • Execute projects according to plans within approved scope, cost, and schedule constraints
Requirements
  • Project Manager I: Associate's degree and 2 years of related work experience, or High School/GED and 5 years of related work experience
  • Project Manager II: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience, or High School/GED and 9 years of related work experience
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CAPM, PE, CM2P, or PMP certification
  • Working knowledge to proficiency in project management, decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving
  • Project-related work experience
  • Risk management, project leadership, and proven collaborative team member
  • Utility experience and construction management knowledge
  • Working knowledge to proficiency in project-related scheduling and cost controls
Working Conditions

This is a hybrid role, with work performed from both remote and onsite locations. Travel requirements are 5-15%.
