About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead transformative projects that make a real impact. As a Project Manager at Frontline Insurance, you will be responsible for driving projects from concept to completion. You will play a critical role in submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing and executing effective project communication plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand project needs and goals, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of projects, supporting the coordination and management of project tasks and timelines.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to keep everyone on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions to keep projects on course and aligned with objectives.
  • Prepare and present status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress.
  • Manage customer satisfaction during the project transition period, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and securing acceptance of project outcomes.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements, using insights to improve future projects.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of leading projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes, ensuring team members are aligned and motivated to achieve project goals.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP implementation.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and the ability to adapt to the needs of different projects.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification are highly valued.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment
  • This position requires a presence at our Lake Mary, FL office. The work environment is typically moderate in noise, with standard office conditions.
