Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from the point of sale to on-site delivery. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple sales orders concurrently and coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineering, production, and transportation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Monitor project costs and compliance with contract documents, ensuring that all necessary approvals and submittals are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other project managers and plant managers to manage the long-term schedule and minimize conflicts with operational restrictions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
