Medical Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and complex medical assistant clinical duties, including vital sign collection, medication administration, and diagnostic testing.
- Collect and process patient specimens, maintain examination rooms, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Provide administrative support, including patient check-in, chart preparation, and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote patient-centered care and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
