About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region, while ensuring high-quality member service delivery. This involves identifying market opportunities, creating strategic plans, and leading outreach efforts to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the East LA region, leveraging the branch's unique position as a trusted financial partner to the USC community.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration that drives outstanding results.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services that meet or exceed member expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement branch strategies aligned with the credit union's overall goals and objectives.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure branch success, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement.

Negotiable Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Experience: Three years of management-level experience in a financial institution, preferably in a similar asset size.
  • Key Skills: Strong leadership and public relations skills, excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
