The University of Southern California (USC) is seeking a dynamic Financial Institution Leader to oversee the Health Sciences Campus branch in East LA. This individual will lead, plan, organize, and direct all branch operations.

About the Role
  • Lead business development efforts to drive growth and expansion for the branch
  • Establish performance goals, allocate resources, and assess team performance to ensure branch goals are met
  • Manage consumer loan, new accounts, deposit, cross-sell, and retention targets, including queue management, reporting, data analytics, and underwriting authority
  • Select, coach, evaluate, and develop direct reports; oversee training in member services, products, operations, and interpersonal skills
  • Provide consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services
  • Research, evaluate, and implement departmental projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of management-level experience in a financial institution
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Exceptional leadership, public relations, and interpersonal skills
