Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-register or register patients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify patients' insurance eligibility and benefits to ensure seamless billing and payment processes
  • Secure and/or verify authorization for medical services and procedures
  • Enter physician orders accurately and efficiently to maintain high-quality patient care
  • Identify and collect patients' financial responsibility to ensure timely payment and minimize outstanding balances
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Healthcare experience with a focus on patient registration and medical records management
Working Conditions
  • 100% onsite work environment
  • Monday to Friday, 7am – 3:30pm
