Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers dining in the restaurant or shopping for retail items.
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of café food items, including coffee, sandwiches, and salads.
  • Prepare and decorate baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, and candies, following recipes.
  • Monitor stocks of ingredients and maintain an orderly cooking station.
  • Check the quality of materials and condition of equipment and devices.
  • Complete cleaning protocols in assigned areas to maintain a clean kitchen and café.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required, but a passion for the culinary industry is essential.
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting and carrying (15-45lbs), kneeling, pushing, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment, climb stairs, and walk.
  • Ability to hear, see, and write with or without reasonable accommodations.
Benefits:
