Area Supervisor

Job Description:

As a key member of the McDonald's team, the Area Supervisor plays a vital role in driving restaurant operations and achieving sales and profit goals. This leadership position requires a strong ability to coach and develop staff, enhance restaurant operations, and build positive business relationships with guests and the Restaurant Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a high-performing location, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Key responsibilities include coaching operational activities, managing multiple restaurants, and working closely with General Managers to achieve operational results. This is a full-time position that requires regular travel to assigned restaurants to support management teams. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop 3-4 restaurants to achieve sales and profit goals
• Coach and develop staff to enhance restaurant operations
• Build positive business relationships with guests and the Restaurant Leadership Team
• Work closely with General Managers to achieve operational results
• Manage multiple restaurants and prioritize tasks effectively
• Regularly travel to assigned restaurants to support management teams

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail, with previous supervisory experience in a high-performing location. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
