Salesforce Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in transforming our clients' businesses by leveraging the power of Salesforce. With expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, you will design and implement sustainable applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your analytical problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, make you an ideal candidate for this position.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will have the chance to apply your knowledge of development tools and processes to formulate use cases and design project requirements. Additionally, you will utilize your excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities to manage various requests in a fast-paced atmosphere. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline. You will also have experience with Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence. Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is highly desirable. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
