Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Payroll Management: Compute payroll, including time computation and timesheet management, and maintain and update computer payroll files.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of experience working in a combination of bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR senior level positions required.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting software required. Experience working in healthcare industry preferred but not required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, namely Word, Excel and Outlook.
