Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Tax Returns

Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns, extensions, and quarterly projections for various clients, including C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, Individual, and Trust.

  • Team Leadership and Development

Review tax work of staff and interns, provide feedback, training, and mentoring to ensure high-quality results.

  • Tax Research and Analysis

Perform tax research to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Client Communication and Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff, ensuring excellent client service and communication.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation preferred. 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a mid-size public accounting firm.

  • Professional Certifications

CPA or (in progress) preferred.

  • Skills and Knowledge

Possess knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, including individual, trust, and gift taxation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work with clients and staff.
