We are in search of a results-oriented and experienced Oncology Clinical Manager to supervise and guide a team of clinical educators. This team is responsible for delivering educational support and training to healthcare professionals and office personnel within oncology facilities, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards established by the organization and the Program Director.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Program Management and clients to determine the optimal allocation of Clinical Educators.
- Conduct performance assessments and address any HR-related issues concerning Clinical Educators.
- Engage in regular field travel with Clinical Educators to evaluate their communication and presentation skills.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new Clinical Educators as necessary.
- Manage conference attendance and feedback mechanisms.
- Act as the primary contact for team feedback regarding tools and materials.
- Organize training sessions on new indications and processes for Clinical Educators.
- Participate in client national sales meetings to align training content with team requirements.
- Maintain communication with client field representatives regarding Clinical Educator performance.
- Clarify goals and expectations to the Clinical Educator team, ensuring effective communication management for a remote team.
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks promptly, including daily updates, weekly activity summaries, and monthly expense reports.
- Attend and fulfill all required training courses and competency assessments mandated by Inizio or the client.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all company equipment and materials in accordance with company guidelines.
- Adhere to all Inizio and client policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
- Possess a valid US driver's license and report any offenses or accumulation of penalty points immediately.
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of management experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in field leadership of a Clinical Educator team.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Educator within the pharmaceutical or hospital sector.
- Possess at least five years of recent oncology nursing experience and five years of general nursing experience, including direct patient care, physical assessments, patient education, and proficiency in peripheral IV access.
- Exhibit strong communication, speaking, and writing skills.
- Be willing to travel, including overnight trips.
