As a Detail Specialist, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and detail vehicles according to customer specifications and company standards
* Assess the condition of each vehicle to determine the necessary cleaning and detailing tasks
* Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure a high-quality finish
* Perform advanced detailing, such as paint correction, interior shampooing, and waxing
* Perform quality checks to ensure that each vehicle meets company standards
* Communicate with supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction and recommend additional services
* Maintain an organized and clean detailing area to ensure efficiency and safety

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent is required
* Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a high level of physical activity
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
* Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed
