Job Summary

At TYQUAWN CLEANING SERVICES LLC, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks involving physical labor at our residential and commercial building sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Stacking: Load and stack rock, stone, or other various items onto pallets, ensuring efficient and safe handling.
  • Measuring and Splitting: Measure and split stones to meet specific requirements, demonstrating attention to detail and precision.
  • Tool Operation: Operate various types of hand tools, such as drills, saws, and hammers, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Cleanliness and Preparation: Clean and prepare sites, removing debris, waste, and other materials to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Trenching and Excavation: Dig trenches and holes, and set braces to support the sides of excavations, demonstrating knowledge of safety protocols.
  • Site Cleanup: Clean the site of all rubble, debris, waste, and other materials, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist other craft workers as needed, providing support and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned or requested, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge.
  • Experience: A few months to one year of related experience, showcasing practical skills and a proven track record of success.
