Job Summary

We're seeking experienced LPNs to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. As an LPN with Interim HealthCare, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, from medical offices to hospitals and schools, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities
  • Care for patients with a range of illnesses, injuries, and diseases
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, RNs, CNAs, and aides
  • Take patient vitals, conduct assessments, document progress, and report changes to the RN supervisor
  • Assist RNs in carrying out physician's orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in Colorado
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • Covid-19 vaccination card (optional)
  • Proof of flu vaccination during flu season (optional)
  • Valid TB screening
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion
