Classet - High Volume Customer Support Role

We are a national leader in the home improvement and repair services industry, seeking highly organized and motivated candidates to facilitate efficient daily operations. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for educating customers on our service model, scheduling options, and warranty calls. With no construction experience required, this is an excellent opportunity to grow towards advancement in a leadership role.

About the Role
This is a high call volume and fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, quick thinking, and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with our Field Team to resolve scheduling, billing, or customer issues, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Your tasks will include providing verbal estimates, scheduling appointments, utilizing our CRM to record customer leads, and managing schedules to ensure maximum work volume and efficient schedules for our team.

Requirements
We are looking for individuals with 3+ years of previous experience in sales or high-volume, phone-based customer support. You must be willing to work in-person at our office and possess excellent computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams. A college degree is preferred, but not necessary. Prior experience in a home services business is strongly preferred, especially with Service Titan experience. Our ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and ready to help our amazing customers and handymen.

Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience.
