Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary:
Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality-related projects and initiatives.
- Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing and implementing quality processes and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of statistical process control and quality metrics.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
