Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of photographers to ensure consistent high-quality performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Implement efficient workflows to optimize output without compromising quality.
  • Conduct regular quality audits on media to maintain accuracy and brand standards, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching on technical skills and company procedures to enhance team performance.
  • Act as the primary contact for technical issues, coordinating with IT support for resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to schedule appointments and address client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of operations management experience with 6+ employees, including remote management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate remote teams effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Flexibility for fieldwork and availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Experience with Matterport technology and 3D scanning techniques is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license required.
