Sterility Supervisor

At Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics, we are seeking a highly skilled Sterility Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sterility and quality in our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of laboratory staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff on quality and regulatory procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years laboratory experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a CLIA environment.
• Proven experience in a regulatory environment and a strong understanding of quality control procedures.
• Microbiology background and cleanroom experience are essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $65k-$85k.
• Regular working hours: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm.
• Training hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
