Assistant Project Manager for Residential Concrete Projects

Doggett Concrete Construction, a leading provider of residential and commercial concrete services, seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager for Residential Concrete Projects. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with Senior Project Managers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.
  5. Monitor project finances and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Provide training and guidance to junior team members to promote skill development and career growth.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software.
  • Bilingual capabilities (required).

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards and location.
